Since you get MX12 after converting to perm after 1 year, that means you only promote once for the whole decade?

After Head is a big jump as DDs will all end up as director so I guess some CEP is Head?
If you are high flyer head then you will be getting 7+ (maybe 8) probably after 6 years or so in service
I don't work there so take my numbers with a pinch of salt but I think my sources are pretty reliable

32 this year. Non-MX scheme grade 11. Just below 8k monthly. Annual about 18.5 months not counting AVC. I'm a farmer here. Not happy because scholars paid even more but do same ****. Quitting soon. Kthxbye.

At least where I am, we work hard as hell (frequent OT and sometimes on Saturdays too) and the pay is very low for the complexity and volume of work we do (take home ~$3k at 30+ yrs old). Not as easy or unjustified as I had thought.

a lot of time is wasted writing minutes and papers in a very anal-retentive style

Hi, we all know the "economy has weakened". Will it affect the amount of merit increment and performance bonus next year?
