Agree. At least for the dept I'm in, it's busy everyday. Whenever I open my emails in the morning, there would be emails coming in at 1am...

MX10 with just a $8.2k salary? And a DD? Sure or not? Wah, really rank inflation! I didn’t know MX10 is only getting so low. At this salary level, probably should just be a SAD or AD. In fact, I think many ADs already getting this kind of pay. I think this humblebrag kena shortchanged. The below salary scale is from 2015 and a DD already has a minimum salary of $9980. This guy only getting $8.2k. Kena pwned big time. Haha! Probably from some 2nd/3rd tier ministry. Some specialist already getting this kind of pay at MX11.

The humblebrag is young n achieving. He w fall under the first salary scale. Second one is basically a crossbar alr.

Dude you gotta consider the poster's age, man. I think it is a good progression. Young DD means got potential to rise further.

ADs or SADs who are earning more and older means they have a lower ceiling.

I can give some broad ranges for EDB

Associate 3-4k
Lead 3-7k
Senior lead 5-9k
Head 7-13k
DD 11k+

This is base monthly pay
