Just wondering, what are the different grades in IRAS. Heard someone getting IS7, what exactly is that, and what are the kind/types of grading do IRAS have.

graduate programme starting all not very high one.
maybe the raise is higher once you finish the grad program.

Unofficial one, yes.
MAS, EDB, HTX are in the top tier. (Ask Google if you are thinking of conveniently asking what is this and what is that)
A*STAR is definitely in the bottom tier. They run on funds and research grants, without which they restructure and ask staff to leave.

Random question unrelated to salary but as a public servant, what is the general view of tendering on 13th Dec after bonuses come in (assuming 12th Dec credited with salary)? Also I don't see any requirement that employees are to stay with the company for a certain period after the bonuses have been paid so its permissible to do so in the public sector right, correct me if I'm wrong please? Thanks!
