of course, uniformed personnel on average get paid more due to their status. even military personnel converting to dxo also get paycut.

u wanna share ur progression grade and how u achieved it?

70 to 80k is like 14% increase which is believable, but from 80 to 110k, thats like 37.5% increase, how is that possible? unless u r telling me there an market adjustment plus u performed super well getting a 20mth package?

How Much percent pay cut do u know?

2014 - private coy $3300 + 400 allowance/OT
2015 - same private coy $3900 + 400 allowance/OT (increment + adjustment)
2016 - same private coy $4200 + 400 allowance/OT (increment)
2017 - public service $5400 (w relevant exp from private)
2018 - public service $5880 (increment + promotion)
2019 - public service $6200 (increment)
