for a start to help you estimate, you may want to provide us with the following:

they may consider your last drawn, but not often. if you read earlier pages, some people are getting a pay cut to join the civil service so that is not uncommon. |

if i read it correctly, you just had your salary revised this year april to 4.1.. and now you are offer 4.7 but you want to nego to 5..
