My answer to original poster: taking masters will not increase CEP. But if CEP not high enough they will not spend money give you PG scholarship. So if you are offered, your CEP is there already. I'll choose to study. A good break and good chance to network
There are scholarships outside of civil service you know... You heard of such things before?Or you think everything revolve around civil service?

Thank you for the advice! Anyway i was from private sector to public sector.. Have been in the work for ard 5 years before the pg scholarship is offered.. And yes, theres a bond to it.. Having been not studying for more than 10 years.. The thought of going back to school gives me the jittery.. But you are right too.. Its a good opportunity to take a break from work.

How old are you now? You may be getting more than what you get if you stay at gahmen? Never know.

How many years of experience do you have?

How long was your bond and your tenure at your current company?
