yes. thats what mom use to set the medium, average househose/individual income. but in this forum, most gross salary you see if excluding bonuses.

I usually just write my current earnings as gross.

Some ppl add 13th mth in the calculation cause it’s like their pay for the full 52 week.

If ppl add all their bonuses easily 5-6k already for fresh grad haha. Just take the EDB example, 3900x17/12 = 5.5k wow

Anyone know about the additional allowance/bonus one can expect for someone in the high performer scheme? I.e. hipo or pslp equivalent.

For an MX12, roughly at what % is the yearly increment that i can expect?

There are already many posts on this. Primarily it is a fixed quantum and not a percentage. Go check it out. Dont be lazy.
