Understand y ppl from Economic Agencies are paid more, since you guys bring in the business and money. Without money, we won't be able to talk about defence, education, health etc

Typically 17-18 month package, with the variable on personal performance

I guess you are the 4+3 33yo overseas grad? Mine sharing with us your uni profile and what kind of role that is - admin or engineer? I can’t advise for the MX Scheme, but 5k sounds reasonable. Bear in mind again that they tend to pay a bit more premium for local, ivy leagues in US or top schs like Oxbridge Imperial and UCL LSE those type of schools or top aus uni like ANU Uni of Melb.
As for BCA tier, they are under MND, i would say tier 2? I don’t know how people rate according to tiers but it really seems like economic and finance power houses sre tier 1 due to their status that someone highlighted few posts earlier.
Anyway specialised scheme gets paid more, like engineers, so it would be good if you can share the type of role and your uni profile (degree class/ grp of uni).
But 5k seeems fair.

I think it is by the nature of the title, and the role's function, and often degree subjects. I think that 5k sounds good for it.
Civil Service pays you well to put food on the table but not a lot. What is the annual package too?

Yes.. not expecting to go on same level as degree graduates as I know degree graduates come in as mx12. But just curious if they will match same pay and at least mx 13 to diploma with 7 years of experience .
Been in the finance sector doing AP and AR roles mainly.
