No honours would start about 2.8-3k. Relevant exp about $200 per year. Estimate high 3 to low 4k per month at MX12?

Also if you're a senior executive this is likely a social ministry or similar so they do pay lower.

hi, i had a interview with MOHH. I know they are not SB but GLC. anyone here happens to know their annual package? ie. got aws? avg bonus?

firstly you need to see the pay range for the senior exec role u applied for, i believe it should be about 3.6-5.6..

then HR will look at your current drawn annual package and reference check on your past performance and offer you. the offered salary will be within the pay range.

Default LTA executive engineer

Hi guys,

I have accepted lta's offer as executive engineer ($4.7k).

does anyone know what is the progession for LTA engineers now?

eg:

exe eng : 28 yrs old, $4700
Sr Eng: ?, $?
deputy PM: ? $?
PM:? $?

appreciate your inputs!

Does stat board pay more than ministry because they have their own accounts so they can be profitable in some sense?

I thought MINDEF and MHA should be considered tier 1 ministries?
Always think of them as the heavy ministries since they are dealing with national/homeland security matters

nope, I worked in private for almost 2 years
