This is not normal. This is the fastest possible path already and is same speed as scholars. All those previous posters abt been promoted yearly is clearly rubbish. Civil service do not allow for yearly promotion at least under MX scheme.
How much is your salary currently?

Exactly. What has an applicant's O/A level results got to do with what he did later on in life? Why do applicants have to fill in what he got at each subject?

Has anyone been assessed for the PSLP while already in service? What was the process ss like?
I’m a farmer now though. My Dir said she would be looking out for my next years worth of work to decide.

PSC scholars are automatically put on PSLP after they graduate.
For farmers, it's very rare to get into PSLP. Even for non- PSC scholars, it would take several years of assessment before being considered.
