This coming June will be my fourth year at LTA. Received grade 5 for my last 2 appraisals. Will I stand a chance for promotion this year? I am currently a manager, grade 9.

Seeking opinions - how's my salary progression
Hi, just thought to seek some opinion from the experienced heads/peers here on how's my salary profession like - whether I should be seeking a higher pay or not.
Some background: Graduated with a first class honours from NUS in 2015 and been working in the public healthcare sector as an healthcare administrator (generalist role) same company for the past almost 4 years.
Starting pay 3.6k
After 1 year 3.8k
2 years 4.2k
3 years 4.6k
What do you all think? Good or could be better elsewhere?
Thanks!

To be honest - no idea! Looks like it's a percentage favouring in performance and annual salary benchmarking to other parts of the healthcare sector

For civil service fresh graduate, is there a age limit? I was from ITE, so I am older than my peers.
