Any advice? 2nd lower degree from NUS. 1 year of relevant working experience. Male (did NS). How much should I expect if I were to join a stat board?

yaa its treated as degree but your salary is not local university salary haha. you should know that MX has a salary range. You will know when you go down and sign. Not all MX12 starts with the same salary even when they have the same range

Haha yup. Know it's not local u range but thankfully not diploma lol. My package per month improved around 30 + % so am pretty thankful and contented.

Will your be supervising a team? LTA managers are typically leading a team, unless it’s for certain functions such as community partnership managers which have ‘manager’ in their titles but do not have anyone reporting to them.

Not the TS. But i would be suprised if he is grade 9 and NOT leading a team. Agree on the pt abt CPN. Haha.

Yup. This role will be leading a team, small team though. This is a IT role, was told is eligible for MAC of estimated 1 month (depends on performance). Anyone know when is the payout?
