every division has only one director. every ministry has onli 1 or 2 PS/DS. naturally, most ppl will hit a ceiling somewhere below bcos there's jus not enough space for everyone at the top.

Furthermore, i think at 149kpa is mx10 salary band which is most civil servant final rank

27 yo female. Started work in 2013. Just promoted to mx11.

Is this a normal progression in CS?

The / refers to the salary bar which one has to cross in order to get into the upper tier of MX10.

32yo.just saw iras form - annual about $110k only. Just got promoted in April with $400 increment only 😐

I am offered a placing in SUSS part time degree and currently is working full time in SAF.

I can't decide whether to

1) Quit SAF and focus on my studies
2) Just work while study part time.

6% including annual increment

Hi guys, are the benefits between a contract and perm staff e same for a job in CS(career@gov)? Shortlisted for a senior executive role for one of e companies... usually senior roles are perm isnt it? Can anyone shed some light on this please? Thanks!
