Aiya, in life no point feeling frustrated about this whole 'fair' and 'unfair' thing. A lot of things in life is about being in the right place at the right time. Especially now with the COVID-19 pandemic, many people are affected through no fault of their own - the only reason/explanation is "s**t happens".

Those who are due to graduate this year will be in the deepest pits. Some may not even graduate on time as fieldwork, internships, overseas placements, special programmes are suspended. Fair or not fair?

Suck thumb and hope for the crisis to not last too long.

Yeah, nothing to say except ..damn suay lor.

No point commenting on whether it is fair or unfair, there is nothing we can do about it. The world is just unlucky this year to have to face this.

Wow you earn 11k per month. Can I test you on any technical skill? What field are you in? Machine learning? Cloud? Web? Android? Database? Finance? Presales?

Is there any way of knowing the respective figures for annual increment and promotion increment?

There is an increase but not certain of the breakdown between merit and promotion increment. The total increase seems lower than usual (~+10%) so it is possible that merit increment is low.
