I see. but I am a bit worried as it seems dsta starting for engine (dk about data sci) offers less than the median for a comparable course. nus BZA. and even then 5k needs FCH? Not trying to ask a lot, just comparing it to the course expected median to not regret just finding a job on my own when i grad...

Is it a technical role? Mine is office based so my friends say can expect lower also..Wan to nego but I don’t know what to say lol any advice? If I pull any figures for comparison also don’t sound justified

Is it true different stat boards are different tiers hence have different pays? Have a feeling certain SBs pay much higher than others

Public service MVC is 10% of your salary. It is stated in the contract. And yes, they will cut MVC if they have to.

Yes true. Different stat boards adopt different forms of compliance to the IM; some full, some partial. Some state boards are revenue generating, some aren't. So expect those revenue generating ones to pay more and have extra bonuses.

Yes different ministry and statboards all have different pay structure. It’s more on the job than the tier they are in.
It is true that revenue generating stat board pay more bonuses, etc.
