when the earlier poster sai pay wise not much diff, I'm not sure if poster considered the total package as civil service total package may be more than his earlier total pay package.

I see, thanks for your sharing. I was pegged to superscale cep, maybe that's why. But I believe my increments moving fwd will be much lesser. Seems like average performers can only get $200+ increase.

It's quite sad that the pay has not been revised since 2015 while the cost of living has gone up yearly. For a $100 to $200+ yearly increment, we are sometimes getting less and less pay (in real terms) each year!

MX non scholar, may I know your annual pay package? Looking at annual pay package may be more accurate?

nope. mx13 is lta grade 6
