I have also got another offer from a MNC at 7.4k with 1 mth AWS and avg 1 mth PB Bonus.
One is end user and another is a vendor. Both have similar scope. i'm very confused which to take up.

go with the mnc. stat board will also be lacking specialists. your MNC salary will help negotiate a better deal when eventually joining the stat board later on.

That is already good given the years of working experience.

With only five years of working experiences and earning close to 100kpa is very good achievement. A lot of people do not even reach that amount even with ten to twenty years of working experience. Civil and public sector really pay very well.

Advices
I graduated from SIT (2.1) in 2015, got a job as a contract staff in shell as an engineer. I was had 3 months of probation with a pathetic pay of $2400 subsequently after probation it got increased to $2600. Currently my salary is about $3100 without $100(transport) and x1.5(overtime) pay. My dream job is to work in e govt sector and I had an NEA interview(engineer) recently. I was so well prepared but screwed it up big time due to my nervousness.
Am I being underpaid in my current job with 2.5years of experience? Any advices for my career?

Without understanding your job scope, hours, task etc, no one would be able to advise whether you are underpaid or overpaid.

Is there any reason why uniform groups (e.g. MINDEF soldiers) get paid so much more with similar qualifications? I previously signed on but I left due to medical reasons. Currently looking for another job and I just realize the renumeration MINDEF offers its regulars do not correlate to any other CS.
