Does anyone know whether EMA is a good place to work in? How is the working culture and career prospects?
I read that they are under MTI.. so are they similar to EDB?
Thanks in advance )

MAS grading
Hi friends,
Can I kindly check with you what is the estimated progression for an officer in MAS?
First year: Probation
Second year: Confirmed to Grade 13
.
.
When will the next promotion (from associate to assistant director) be? And what are the chances of securing a postgraduate scholarship in MAS?
Many thanks for your responses.

Joined an agency in MHA after grad in 2013 with a pass with high merit, local degree w NS. Not under the MX scheme, although my scheme is supposed to be more highly remunerated than that of MX scheme.. but it seems my pay and prospects are beneath that of a MX, if the sharing by all on this thread is to be held true.. Would a typical MX be faring better or worse than me after 4yrs in CS..
2013 -- 3,5XX MX13 equivalent
2014 -- 4,0XX (C) MX13 equivalent
2015 -- 4,2XX (C) MX13 equivalent
2016 -- 4,4XX (C+) MX13 equivalent
2017 -- 4,9XX (B) MX12 equivalent

Hi there. I think u r in the specialist scheme? SPF Analyst?? Starting pay no doubt higher than HASE but i think progression wise HASE is better in a way easier to job hope around ministries too. I'm in the same situation as u difference is that im in the uniform of SPF.
