dx scheme

Read this forum and realise there's not a lot on the DX scheme. Just wondering what's the difference between the bonuses for DX and MX scheme? Like in general...

PS: the forum for DXO is flooding with questions regarding interviews etc that's why I'm posting here.

It's not by percentage. It's an absolute figure.

Sure? Does that not contradict what many had posted in %s? 3% 5.8% 16% etc. factually and holistically it is based on one's CEP and grade(in both mx and performance) also it is based on base pay same performance grade same mx grade, more reasonable to go by %. Otherwise very sad for the higher base pay officer

Salary review is to peg to and stay competitive to outside market rate. It would mean the taking the average of mid 2014 to mid 2016. Doesn't mean 2016 is economy downturn hence don't have salary review.

Yes sure, it's a figure at the end for increment. If go by percentage, pay costs would go up to the roof in no time, even if you are talking of salary caps for different ranks.

It's something that the officer would have to manage on his/her end. No choice. The only consolation for high base pay officer is that their salary is already on the high end.

Gosh, with all emphasis on %s, I was nearly convinced. Some which seem v high(despite base), (infact with info on % and base of one 12 grader, his/her pay was $600. Not a promotion though grade b) possible still to be based on absolute figure?

% only seemed high because their base salary was lower. Increment percentage over the years is expected to decrease with increasing base salary, assuming all conditions are the same
