Hi,

Thanks for replying!

How do you find the prospects in terms of progression?
Understand that one really need to have the passon to serve, else will burnout in the long term.

pretty sure its the same. start off with 2 year contract, emplacement can take place anytime from 6months to 2 year in service.

well, for policy divisions, expect 30-40% of scholars (pslp midterm + psc scholar), on top of that expect a couple of MAs (pslp people). so its pretty tough heh. yep, expect to work till 8-9pm ish and weekends

Is this the case for most policy divisions in ministries?

I'm thinking of applying for a policy position in MCI and was wondering if anyone could share insights on working hours in MCI policy divisions. Thanks!
