From 3.6k to 3.9k. Not sure if everyone received to same amt or any at all.

I'm an MX13 officer and I didn't get it, i'm still at 3.6k. Anyone know what the qualifying conditions are?

I have a MX12 colleague in my department who got it but none of the MX13s.
