The chances of you getting into top tier sb is very slim with a second lower.

But 3.4 is about right for second lower in lower tier sb/ministries.

Top tier? referring to which stat board? cause I am 2nd lower hons as well. DSTA is top tier de ar? cause just mange to get the first round of interview from them

of all the CSB, this is the correct one. i have many friends in CS and this corresponds to their story.

no one they know have salary increased from 3.5k to 7k in 4 yrs. even those scholars also not promoted to MX11 within 4 yrs, most take a min of 5 yrs and those farmers with no additional projects, min 8 yrs to reach MX11. only then they will go above 6k.

of course if you are in the uniform group, another story.

True, there will be exceptions. I took 4 years from MX13 to MX11.

yes, of course there will be exceptions. but these exceptions are very very motivated (ok lah, some like to l**k p**** and s**k c**k, those will got lots of time to come forum) and will not come to forums to boast about their promotions and achievements.

seen the few exceptions before and i think most don't even know there is such a forum coz they all read and research on their work and additional projects only

The whole point is to highlight that even for non-scholars, promotion to MX11 within 4 years is still possible as long as you are willing to work hard and have many contributions to the ministry.

Not that exceptional actually. I know of one other person who took 4 years to reach MX11 from MX13 - myself! Hahahaha.

And while I have time to come to this forum, I also work very hard and smart

What is your monthly basic and yearly remuneration at both MX13 and MX11?
