Yup, those who are on Mx scheme can check their intranet or ask HR. Stat board schemes are pretty similar to the MX scheme - can't be that far off.

Where is this thread heading?

in the poly, pax 4 probably maps to MX11a and MX10. So most senior lecturers in the poly are the equivalent of AD in other stat board ornminisyry (other than MTI where AD are fresh graduates).

pax 5 maps to MX12 and MX11.

what's the ceiling for pax 5 and pax 4?

I'm also interested to know the ceiling for MX10 and the base for MX9. I'm not from the civil service but am interested to join the service at some point in time.
