32yo. NS. Just got promoted to MX10. Had been getting 400+ annual increment for the past few years as MX11 and MX11a.

Can anyone share what is the typical annual increment that I can expect in future as MX10?

Did u begin leading a team when you were in mx11 or mx11a?

What was your performance grading during the years when you received 400+ increment?

Does that have an impact on the quantum of increment? I thought increments are determined based on absolute amounts rather than as a % of current salary.

Started leading a team at M11.
