advice pls.
 
hi! need to get some advise.

28yo female 4 years relevant experience with private degree.

stat board is offering 3.7k which is 100$ more than ministry. which offer would you go for?

What's the difference in job scope? I would say Stat board because it's probably better for your career progression, as you have a private degree which ministry won't recognise. Some stat boards recognise private degrees if you have relevant working experience.

If you are offer the job with your private degree, you are lucky, just take the offer. you will be surprise to see there are superabundance of private degree with them, which are still in their non graduate pay scheme.

when u say non-graduate pay scheme, do u mean that the workers are not in MX scheme? if so, what scheme are they under? thanks
