i am a fresh masters degree grad, 3 years of working experience, no NS.
being offered 3.6 and mx12. is this reasonable? because i thought it is kinda low?

thanks!

What was the class of hons for your first degree? Which year did you graduate with your first degree?

thanks both for the quick replies.
even if both masters and work experience are relevant?
first degree was second lower, in 2010 from NUS.

I don't think they gave U extra increment for the master degree.

To put things into perspective, 3.6k is what a fresh grad with second upper hons and NS will get, as at 2014.

They are giving you a fair salary because a 2014 fresh grad with second lower hons and No NS will get about 3k. So with three years of experience, an extra 600 sounds just about right.

MX12, Female, graduated in 2011, salary: $3.6k.
I have 2 main job scopes which consist of handling 600 clients and different centres. In addition, I have to handle CCA and projects. Once I cleared a project, my boss will load me another project.
Is this a norm when you work in a ministry?

It really depends what your workload is like. 600 clients and different centres is nothing. I handle 2000 clients each month. On top of overseas projects and work in ministry. 600 might sound alot. But you might not be doing as much as you think you are doing. What is your job scope? What do you do for each and every one of them?
