You have 8 years of working experience? 6.7k at mx 11a with 8 yrs experience is considered quite good as compared to average pte sector worker.
Average total annual bonus = 4 months?
If that is so, you are earning close to 110k pa which is above average :)

agree ~110k with 8 yrs exp is above average

my private sector with 8 years exp

For "C" performer
starting = 3000
after 8 years with 2 promotions = 4300, annual salary = 75000 only

For "B" performer
starting = 3000
after 8 years with 2 promotions = 4600, annual salary = 90000 only

There is a second criteria for emplacement, not quite sure what it is though.

No need to ask further, obviously this is a high flyer/ very good performer with mostly Bs kind. She got mx11 after working for 5 years... I believe this is above the average norm already?
