hello, anybody knows if sim (ub) graduates with magna cum laude (2nd upper) is likely to be called back for an interview? applied for MHA Hase position. thanks!

Grade A is rare indeed. With promotion i would expect more.

but across ministries looks like promotion increment is not that high too percentage wise.

Its a systemic benchmark. Well, 'you pay peanuts, you get monkeys'

Was wondering what exactly is the quantum sum for ur A? I reckon [email protected] has yet to update ur promotional increment. I've gotten 550 increment for my A.

I find it quite disturbing that you (and many others) think 14.4% is a bad increment!

This is really making me think that civil servants are really out of touch with reality, and are a money-grubbing, self-serving bunch!

that is because we have worked hard and we expect more. especially when this includes promotion, which is very hard to come by
