they still offer you MX13(which is entry level for fresh grad) despite you got 1 year of experience?
what do you do for the "1 year of assorted experience" ??

wow , mean the ministry still consider you as 'fresh grad', and they deem to see you freelance as 'non-relevant' experience..
2nd upper with NS @ 3.7k for fresh grad, not bad!!
I think should be inclusive of the recently Feb salary adjustment.......because normally 2nd upper with NS is about 3.3-3.5k....!!!.....

As shown, to be in G11 u need about 2-3 years exp, entry is G10.
The range in each grade is quite wide as it covers NS and no NS , diff classes of hons.
Grad in 2010 , 2nd upper with NS.
When I joined in 2010, I got 35xx. 2011 got 38xx after 200+ increment (no promotion still in G10)

35xx to 38xx is like abt 6% increment.
6% is for C grader or B grader ?

Hi... Was offered a job in the civil service.. I know there is diff btw civil and public service...
My qn is.. Will the bonus and pay increment lose out to public service?
Coz my gf is in a stat board, her bonus and stuff are very good...
So may i know bonus and pay increment wise, how much should i expect???
Anyway mine is some grade 8 officer in PMO...
Fresh grad 2nd upper ..
