That's 96,000 - 112,0000 annually, on a 16 month basis (4 months from mid-end year bonuses, 13 month, Performance bonus). It can vary widely - average performers get about 16 months in total; high performers up to 18 months in total, mostly due to differences in performance bonuses.
For reference, I(M) was drawing about 130,000 - 140,000 annually at MX10 (senior assistant director/deputy director) at age 36.

No offense but is 135k pa the norm for mx10 or is it considered below average?
I'm in generic role in sb and I'm paid quite a fair bit more as a younger mx11 equivalent.

I would think its the norm, or maybe I'm behkan lol. But I was drawing about 8k, on about 17 months, which is about 136k annual.
Statboards have leeway to determine their pay scales so I'm not surprised. Care to share your approximate age, annual (how many months), and if you are in a tech/economic statboard? These normally pay better >20% of generic MX scheme.

I always hear about how much more civil service pays in bonuses, say 15 months total comp.
What about private? Anyone know how much bonuses they pay? How much difference?

Are there unspoken years of experience requirements within the MX tiers? I currently have 9 YOE, holding an MX11a position. Do I have to pass a certain number of YOE before being eligible for MX10 or higher?

Makes me wonder if I'm on the tortoise track. How do you people promote so fast?!

Thanks for sharing. Are you in a tech, economic/finance or security SB?
