Read this out loud and without hesitation:
All Singapore ministries are good ministries.

Working in tech in a gov agency. Earning 6.6k.
If i jump to other ministries will they keep my salary range? Or will it drop if they remap it to the respective MX12 etc.?

It is best to expect a drop.
HR likes to boast about getting tech people to accept lower pay.
Current impression is that tech people are grossly overpaid.

Hi, Fresh grad from overseas reputable uni with FCH (dean's list). Going for interview with SLA next week for geospatial consultant role. Previously they asked me to indicate expected starting salary, and I wrote 4.3k. Now after doing more research realised I could probably ask for more since its a technical role. Anyone knows whats the average stat board starting pay for technical roles for fresh grad (did NS)? And if HR asks for expected salary during interview, should I still push for something higher than 4.3k? Thanks in advance

Hi Everyone
For a female employee with 12 years of working experience at MSF at MX11A grade, how much should she be earning at this grade?
Thanks!
