MX10 range is accurate. I am a current MX10. $7,600 to $12,300 is correct. and i would add that the salary bar within the range to cross is $10,773/$10,774.

MX grade more important or title more important?
Eg MX 11 manager vs MX12 senior manager

answer to that depends on the individual. do you value the "prestige" of a more senior sounding title or more tangible things like $? it is possible for a MX11 manager to earn more than a MX12 senior manager.

Thanks. I'm wondering in terms of finding jobs elsewhere, if other min or private sector value the MX or title more. But yes they likely consider salary more when thinking of offer to give
