Thank you. I can only share that I'm not a scholar, and only joined the civil service mid-career at MX11. It so happened that I was at one of the Ministries front lining Covid-19 efforts, which I guess gave my bosses enough ammunition to fight for the consecutive promotions.

Yep…that’s the only way to get promoted so fast…u left out the special bonuses u get during covid also….lol

I joined at 6k, am at 8k, in 4 years. I'm at pretty much the lowest range of MX10.

MX 10: 7600.00 - 10773.00 / 10774.00 - 12300.00

MX10 has both SAD and DD. The salary range covers both.

MX10 at mid-30s earning 8k is very good. Your CEP should be MX9. Good work!
