Currently, I have an offer from IRAS for IS7.
4.3k monthly. Is it average for me who has 2 years of working experience?

Assuming a 16 month package in civil service, to match your current pay (about 115k), you need to land a 7.2k monthly pay. It falls within the 11A (assistant director) band, but on the higher end - I think 11A is like 5.8k to 8k, thereabouts.
That said, tech pays a premium even in civil service. So i think you can hit that at places like Govtech easy.

SM at most Ministries is 11 not 11A. 11A is AD. Are you sure its MX11A?

I was offered $11000 for a MX11A position at LTA.
So the ceiling quoted in this forum not that accurate.

CS definitely can match that pay if you are in Tech.
Assuming you get an offer of 8k, 8*16 = 128k Total compensation
