It differs according to class of honours and sex also, so hard to compare unless you get two persons with the same education background

Stats board and ministry works very differently.

Is NX12 and MX12 the same? Does anyone knows what is the pay range for these grade in a sb?

How many years did you take to get promoted after you first join civil service? Is it normal that someone worked at a job since 2015 or 2016 but until now no promotion?

Hi all, I am a fresh grad from NUS and recently received verbal offers from LTA and DSTA for their software engineer role. HR only asked if I was interested and will be processing background check before sending me offer letter. Would like to get some advice on which would be a better statboard to join in terms of career progression and prospects, pay etc. TIA!

I would say both are very decent sb and you’re a fresh grad without exp, would suggest u to take up either one and try out to see it is what u like.
