Stats board and ministry works very differently.

Is NX12 and MX12 the same? Does anyone knows what is the pay range for these grade in a sb?

How many years did you take to get promoted after you first join civil service? Is it normal that someone worked at a job since 2015 or 2016 but until now no promotion?

HR only asked if I was interested and will be processing background check before sending me offer letter. Would like to get some advice on which would be a better statboard to join in terms of career progression and prospects, pay etc. TIA!

I would say both are very decent sb and you’re a fresh grad without exp, would suggest u to take up either one and try out to see it is what u like.

What's the total compensation like in admin service nowadays? Asking for the sake of curiosity.
