So how much are they paying for private degrees with 2 years experience in construction? At least I know the range before applying for MOM jobs. Looking at MOM Officer or maybe some relevant departments with my relevant experience.

guys, for the higher roles if you hit the ceiling limit for your grade, does that mean from that year onwards, you will get no increment?
eg. If you are a director, and you hit the 17,370 limit already, does that mean you will never get higher than that from then on? considering being promoted from director upwards is quite tough
anyone knows the answer to this question? interested too

it doesn't depend on good performance. it depends on how good you are with your RO and CSO.

possible to get B in first year for contract, then B for second year after "emplacement" or extension (?) and then get promoted?
doesn't matter. as long as you are good with your RO and CSO, everything is possible.

Is it possible to negotiate on the salary package when being offered? Like 100-200 more

Possible but as there is ceiling, so you might hit the ceiling soon if not promoted especially for higher grade where the range is smaller

Wait for market adjustment.

Generally which one pays better? Civil service (MX/policy) or MNCs (HR, marketing etc)?
