You should. Its a good plan. Im in ministry too and i see it happening all the time with my colleagues. As long as you gotten through before, it is easy to get back.

Hi anyone know how much MSF pay for Asst Manager role but contract basis 3years. Am thinking if worth to take up because its contract and not convertible. MSF openings all contract apparently. Is it true?

Have they offered you? I’m waiting for them to get back on the title and pay. Sounds right. Mine is contract but one year instead
