Correct me if I am wrong but Senior AD is just an AD position with one MX grade higher right?

Do note that fresh grads are all given the AD title in MTI.

4 year exp on mx scale u probably a mx 12 at best drawing 5.5k

Civil service starting pay is about 3100-3700 already...
Do note on the glass ceiling though.

If you do not have Degree, private sector will give you a better package at the upper end of your career.

grad ntu 2nd uppers and joining LTA as executive engineer with 4 years experience, how much should the salary be like? Also on average how many months is the bonus there? Thanks
