Hearsay, if u get stuck for 5 years, you will be moved up automatically. Not sure if true.

i am not 100% sure. but if i am not wrong, most people will stuck at mx11a for some time (until 40 to 45) and retire as mx10 lower.

Definitely. As a farmer in CS, your upside is quite limited even if you're above average. They still have to keep your promotion in line with how fast a farmer is supposed to progress.

Hi, does any one know how much is the salary adjustment from second lower to second upper class? I'm a female fresh grad start working soon with an engineering SB if it matters

Heard class don’t matter anymore. Fresh grads pay quite standardised this year due to economic circumstances. Don’t expect too much~
