Age 30, 4 year working exp. Base 85k p.a. , bonuses + incentives = avg 40 k p.a. How am I doing? Are there equivalent roles/sal in either of the SB? Don't have local degree, not a reputable overseas degree. Should I continue in private sector or make the switch? |
