Take home. For engineer scheme, including CPF is about $4k+

Any idea what the difference in pay between second lower, second upper and first class? And any idea how the progression like for LTA?

No idea for pay difference, should check with HR or peers.

Progression mostly depends on performance and CEP.

Hi! Adding on to this post. Female fresh grad from local uni here. I also applied for LTA engineering role and awaiting offer. Could you share if 4k+ and 3200 take home is with NS? Btw, does anyone know how the bonus structure is like? I.e. does it follow civil service bonus? Saw from another thread that annual package has apprx 16 months?

Without NS, usually minus $200 to $300.

Annual package is 12 months + AWS + Performance Bonus + Mid Year Bonus + End Year Bonus

You can expect zero for mid year and end year component for 2020.

+approximately 1 more month of MAC for engineering scheme. 16mths is for general scheme in LTA.

Thanks for the info! May I ask, is the MAC and PB, guaranteed? Or depends on economic performance as well? Btw, during the interview they said probation is 6 months. So if I were to start work in August, i will still on probation in Dec. Will i be eligible for 13th month, MAC and PB?

under normal circumstance average performer should get about 1.5 to 2mths PB, mac around 1 mth, aws 1 mth.

if u join in aug, u will get prorated aws in dec20, pb in apr20 and mac in aug21
