Hello fellow ips staff, pb coming this month. Wondering if 2 yrs in a row on a grade B will get promotion? Last year i got a B, this yr likely to be a B too.

Hiya, just got news that I am promoted. Anyone knows if we have promotion increment or just merit increment?
If have, what is the approx amount.
IPS6 to IPS7

Congrats on your promotion, seems your management favor you.
It is definitely less than the old PAX system which is 5-10% more.
For new IPS scheme probably 3.5% at most to let you bridge to next salary barrier.

Grade only affect PB not increment.

Some unfortunately colleagues which I knew are still on IPS6 which is stuck at the 5800 salary.

I already bridged over to ips7 grade salary range. My current is $5017. Previous increment was about $350 (due to B grade) so merit increment definitely related to performance.
