IPS scheme
Lets say a TSO and a Lecturer are placed in IPS5, with same grade C+, will the merit increment be the same?
If not, no meaning in this IPS scheme.

IPS total BS
This IPS scheme is total BS.
sound to many it look like all lecturer and TSO/MSO will be the same....
but the real facts are... when a lecturer with C grade and TSO/MSO with grade C
their PB is totally different by %
lecturers with grade C can get a PB of 1.5 mths and TSO/MSO with grade C only get 1 mth.
what a big BS is this...

Where got 1.5 mths PB for grade C?
This is the earlier one -
Pax 6/5/4
A = range between 3.65 to 4
B = range between 3 and 3.65
C+ = 2.75 to 3
C = 2.5
C- = 2

C is only 1.5 for ministry such as MOE and MOM

hi!
join this poly in 2010 at pax 6 entry pay 4k +. in my 30s.
Fast forward 2018 now at IPX7 ceiling 6.8k. now 40s.
never got promoted, except for being upgraded.
consistent C+ and B. I think I don't have a future - regardless what these people say to make u work.
Is this terrible?
should I leave?
or just get paid for the rest of my life and and slack like crazy?
Or just be contented?

Stuck at ceiling
Working in Poly
38 years old still stuck at IPS5
Got Degree and 14 years experience
Had Salary cut of 25% to join
now stuck....should i leave?
