Join at high IPS as it takes forever to be promoted.
Don't be like me, capped at ceiling with zero increment.
Have reached 40s still IPS 8, with upmaning of several roles.
You regret when ex colleagues leave and parachute back to be your boss or higher.

can I check if the contract job is forever? will I be convert to perm after 2 years?
