IPS is the grade applicable for all 3 routes (academic, management, administrative). For administrative IPS 8 should be a deputy manager (title), next jump will be called lead specialist (highest title for administrative) For management, IPS 8 should be Senior Manager/Manager, next jump AD/Senior Manager. (based on what I can recall).

Can't recall all details, left POLITE shortly after the shift to IPS.
I remember for Administration/tive scheme, there is no Manager. After AM is DM followed by Lead Specialist. AM is IPS 6-7, DM is IPS 8-9, Lead Specialist from IPS 10 onwards.
May not be correct. But should be a good gauge.
