Me too! Slightly more than 3 years experience and not sure what to expect for pay. Can you share what they offered and your certs? Masters/PhD?

IPS5 the salary can be as low as 4k+

so many new joiners come in as snr lt ips8/9 in their 30s

if you wear short skirt higher chance to be ips 8/9 in 30s.
if you are 40s don't bother joining.
