Last year gotten XX amount, this year also same XX amount, despite 10% adjustment in salary since Jan this year. Not sure is it performance dropped or PB also shruck 10% across the board?

Mine C+ but it is more like 2.6
Oddly, it is exactly 2.75 if compared with the pre-adjusted salary this year. Coincidence?

Not possible. I got c+ and am IPS 5 previous years only 1.75. What grade are you and are you teaching? I am not so its lower

my salary per month in payslip is 5240 and i get around 17.5 months pay.
2.1 year end
0.35 mid year
3 bonus
what is my gross salary per month? is it 5240 x 17.5/12 = 7641 per month

Yes, to all fellow POLITE colleagues, PB is based on Dec 2022 salary. not the one adjusted after Jan 2023.
