Just wanna check if joined halfway through the year, will there be PB and 13th month in the first year or will it be pro-rated? If govt announce mid year and year end, would I be eligible if I only joined this year?

Head for non teaching staff is ips 6 or 7? Anyone knows for ITE?

Performance Bonus - Apr
Mid Year Bonus - June/July
End Year Bonus + AWS - December

I am currently in one of the polytechnic and am due for a re-contract.
would like to check if my current pay is low.

current drawn: $5800
Years in the industry: 10yrs
age: nearing 40s

Like for example IPS5A or 5E

IHL have non-teaching staff that is IPS 6 or above. But usually AM or M (Manager) role
