R u sure this year review? Where did u get the source from?

If ips 6 adjusted upwards, ips above 6 will be adjusted as well.

Quick poll, if you guys were in the shoes of my colleague, would u all approach HR to clarify on why the promotion increment is lesser than the usual increment despite attaining the same performance band? things like maybe maybe possibly a mistake somewhere?

Doubt there is any review, why would they do that?
Now Ite and poly are cutting down man power.
System is meant to keep you like a running rat.

After that people leave with either contract expiry or unhappiness of having zero increment.
Young people or foreign talents will helicopter in at IPS7 or higher.

FYI IPS doesn’t require qualifications anymore.
Long working years experience and lies can allow you to helicopter in.

my place, joined a lady IPS7 with 10 years experience and only dipolma. About 30 years old.
Heard she is drawing 6k+ and I am only IPS5 and 40 years old.
Seems my army doesn’t count and my degree isn’t worth anything.

What unfair treatment is this?!
Worked for 4 years still contract & just promoted from IPS5.

Are you in poly or ITE. 4 years still contract?
You should be offered a tenure at year 3, 6 mths before your 2nd contract is up right?
My personal experience, hired at AX5A, convert to ips6, promoted to ips 7 all within 3 years.
Maybe your performance not so ideal in your department.

I already long hit ceiling. Merit is $0 and promo is 3.3%

So there is no meaning.

And 5 years ago I joined at PAX6
12 years industrial experience, stuck at cap salary.

If i didnt rmb wrongly, ips6H mean same as AX5 still need to clear bar to reach 6800.
And if you renew contract you will automatically be converted to IPS.
